TERMS

Rules for using the Site and how working with i7 Team happens.

Version of 30 July 2026

General

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of i7team.uz (the “Site”), operated by I7 TEAM LLC (“i7 Team”, “we”), Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Terms are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Civil Code, the Law “On Electronic Commerce” No. ZRU-792 of 29.09.2022 and the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 221-I of 26.04.1996.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

Status of the Site

The Site is an information resource. The materials published on it — descriptions of what we do, case studies, metrics, articles — are informational.

Information on the Site is NOT a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan unless expressly stated otherwise. Price, timing and scope are agreed individually and recorded in a contract.

Submitting the contact form creates no obligation for either side: it is an invitation to talk, not the conclusion of a contract.

How working together happens

  • You send an enquiry via the form on the Site or any listed channel.
  • We reply and, where useful, hold a discovery call to clarify the task.
  • We prepare a proposal: scope, stages, timing and price.
  • Once agreed, a contract is signed — that contract is the document defining our mutual rights and obligations.
  • Work is performed and accepted in the manner set out in the contract.

Until a contract is signed neither party is bound to perform or to pay for any work.

Intellectual property

The Site as a compilation, together with its design, source code, texts, graphics, animations and selection of materials, belongs to i7 Team and is protected by the copyright legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

You may browse the Site and quote its materials in reasonable volume with attribution and an active link. Copying, reproducing, distributing, translating, adapting or using the materials commercially without our written consent is prohibited.

Trademarks, logos and names of clients and partners mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for information purposes only, to identify work performed.

Rights to deliverables produced under a client contract transfer in the scope and manner set out in that contract.

Acceptable use

When using the Site you undertake not to:

  • disrupt the Site's operation, create excessive load, or attempt unauthorised access;
  • use automated data-collection tools (scraping, parsing) without our written consent;
  • send unlawful, abusive or misleading material, or bulk messages, through the Site's forms;
  • impersonate another person or supply false contact details;
  • circumvent technical protection measures or probe the Site for vulnerabilities without arranging it with us first.

We may restrict access to the Site where these rules are breached.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running and its content accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be free of faults, errors or interruptions.

Metrics, figures and case studies shown on the Site reflect the outcomes of specific projects and are not a promise of a comparable outcome in your case.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights granted by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Liability on a specific project is governed by the contract concluded with the client and not by these Terms.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party resources linked from the Site (including Instagram and Telegram): once you follow such a link, their own rules and policies apply.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the substantive law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The parties undertake to seek in good faith to resolve any disagreement through negotiation. A claim is submitted in writing; the response period is 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt.

If negotiation fails, the dispute is to be heard by the court at i7 Team's location in accordance with the procedural legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Consumer disputes are heard subject to the jurisdiction rules established by consumer-protection legislation.

Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. The current version always lives on this page; its date is shown at the top of the document.

Changes take effect on publication unless a later date is stated. By continuing to use the Site you accept the version then in force.
